Shipping

We ship orders by standard mail from Serbia (Europe). All duties and taxes for International shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

We accept returns or exchanges as long as: they were purchased from this site, your package was delivered in the last 30 days, and it is still in like-new condition.
Please fill out the general form to arrange the return.


Repair

Each pedal is tested before shipment, but if anything goes wrong we will fix it for sure.
Our 2 year warranty covers product defects but excludes damage and modifications.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us, and If the warranty conditions have been met, we will repair the pedal and send it back at our expense.
If it's determined that the warranty conditions aren't met, the customer pay the repair and the return shipping.

Here are troubleshooting steps to follow before reaching out:

  1. Directly plug your instrument into the pedal's input. If issues persist...
  2. Test with multiple instrument cables between your instrument and the pedal.
  3. Try a different instrument or connect your instrument to a different listening source/amp to rule out instrument issues.
  4. If none of these steps resolves the problem, please fill out the general form.

 

FAQ

Q:  I made an order. When will you send it?
A:  Orders ready to ship will be shipped within 1-3 days from payment. immediately after sending we will send you the tracking number via email.
Q:  Can you mark my order as a gift?
A:  No. We do not mark orders as gifts and do not undervalue them for customs as this is illegal.
Q:  I am in Serbia. How can I buy a pedal?
A: Нou can make an order on our website, delivery by postexpress will cost 5 euros.
